  • Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports the body’s natural healing processes. It’s offered through light touch or hands held just above the body.

  • You’ll be invited to lie down fully clothed in a quiet space. Sessions are held in my home and typically last 60–90 minutes. There’s no need to do anything, just receive.

  • Some clients feel a shift after one session; others benefit from additional and/or ongoing sessions. You’re welcome to begin where you are.

  • Yes. Reiki is gentle and adaptable. It can be offered alongside other healing modalities or medical care.

  • Clinical hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to support change at the subconscious level. It’s not stage hypnosis; it’s a collaborative, therapeutic process.

  • Common areas include anxiety, sleep, habit change, inner child work, and emotional integration. Each session is tailored to your intention.

  • No. You remain aware and in control throughout. Hypnotherapy is a state of focused receptivity, not unconsciousness.

  • Both are available. My preference is to hold sessions in person, where the work tends to deepen.
